Using technical requirements as a secondary layer to the personality. “You must hold the keys (Level 4/5/7 in Aesthetics, Teaching & Assessor/IQA awards), but more importantly, you must hold the Sovereign Frequency.
We need someone hungry—someone who sees a ‘problem’ as raw material for a ‘solution.’ If you require a manual for every breath you take, do not apply. If you can build the manual yourself, you are home.”
